United Kingdom denies involvement in mysterious US military tech

union-jack-keyboard-main-800x420Jake Marshall, Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom and Head of for Foreign and Commonweath Offices of the United Kingdom, reached out to us today for a brief interview.

Over the course of the discussion, he stated categorically that although diplomatic relations between the United States and United Kingdom remain strong, the UK asserts that there are no arms deals with the US, and claims no knowledge of the technological advancements reported on by Schenectady’s favorite son, Geoff B’stard.

However, he went on to suggest that the technology was “experimental… not ready for widespread military adoption”, and said that he will be happy to receive the new technology when it has matured.  Hardly the words of someone with as little knowledge as they claim.

He also stated that although there are no particular threats on the horizon (or, at least none he was willing to discuss), emphasis was placed on being prepared for “new threats… always a possibility”.

In the words of Sec. Marshall himself, “It pays to be prepared”.  This reporter wonders what, specifically, we should be preparing for, and who is getting paid.
