Evidence of sentient extraterrestrial life

Glass, C., Matique, M., Takashi, S., Muggles, M.

Abstract

The existence of extraterrestrial life has long been suspected by the public scientific community, but due to the concerted efforts of government-funded programs to discredit and obscure the evidence, such theories were practically impossible to independently verify without access to the resources in possession or control of those programs. With a handful of world leaders admitting the involvement of their governments in the cover-up, verification and confirmation of the data supporting the existence and involvement of extraterrestrial life on human activity on Earth becomes possible. Methods of data collection include the examination of declassified records and artifacts which are now available to the public, the measurement of anomalous xenogenic radio signals originating within the solar system, and the visual identification of alien craft and celestial phenomena by commercial telescope. Analysis of the data is shown to be feasible using modern home computer equipment. We conclude that the evidence of sentient extraterrestrial life is significant, while discussing the need for further data collection and analysis by human observers.
