More details have arisen of the global extraterrestrial crisis. I spoke with an anonymous source recently, and learned the following:
The extraterrestrial beings contacted Brazil, the US, and Russia, at least. They attempted to cause political tension in this series of communications, but failed in this endeavor. The person I spoke with was unsure if this indicated that the extraterrestrials had a simpler intelligence, or if cultural and language barriers were the main issue.
The US is working closely with Russia, Japan, China, the UK, Brazil, and France to research the technology used by the extraterrestrials and find a way to use it to humanity’s advantage. The person I spoke with stated that although they could not provide specifics without compromising their anonymity, research was going remarkably well, and should it come to open war, Earth was well defended. Furthermore, once the extraterrestrial threat is negated, this research and technological development will usher in a new age of peace and prosperity for all of humankind.
Interestingly, the person I spoke with had an alternate theory for the extraterrestrial’s goal – they conjectured that perhaps this was not the first time this civilization had visited Earth, and their appearance here now was similar to an archaeological dig, to recover artifacts (whether physical or memetical) that had been placed here previously for unknown purpose. It is also possible, they suggested, that this contact, as aggressive as it may seem, is something of a test – to determine if humanity is intelligent and resourceful enough to be deemed worthy of further contact.
